How can I pay?
Some product sections
have been setup with the online cart however this is not completed
for all products. If the add to cart function is not setup for the
product you want then please
email us your order and we will send you an online invoice for
you to pay instantly online with your credit card. This way you can
pay in British Pounds, Swedish Kronor, Euro's, US or Canadian
Dollars.
The shopping cart is
SSL secure powered by Paypal, you do not however require a paypal
account and do not have to sign up for one. To complete your order
simply choose your items you wish to purchase then click on the
'View Cart' button found to the left of the screen and then press
'Go to Checkout'. To pay with your Visa card click on 'I do not have
a Paypal account' you do not have to sign up with paypal to pay with
Smartbil.com.
If you would prefer to
not use your credit card online then email us your order and we send
you an invoice for you to pay via online banking like paying a
normal house bill online.

Can you get any
standard Smart parts?
We can find any part
(New or Used), accessories or extra you are after just
email us.
Do you deliver
outside of Europe?
Yes, we deliver
worldwide. Orders shipped to Europe are delivered free, for other
international orders please email us and we will return you a price
for international shipping if you would like to buy multi amounts of
any item or several different items. For single items please see the
shipping guide below. This is an indication for customers and a
final price can be confirmed by emailing us.
For
goods that are exported to countries outside of the EU, such as the
U.S, Canada, Norway etc. customers would pay the total less
Swedish tax (Moms) which is 25%. Please note that when goods are
shipped to their destination country outside of the EU they can be
subject to customs fees. The recipients of these goods must bear the
cost of possible customs fees and taxes in this case. The customs
authorities in your country can provide you with detailed
information about this.
Very small items under
500g outside of Europe - Plus £5.95
Small items upto 2Kg outside of Europe - Plus £17.95.
Small/Medium Sized items upto 10Kg outside of Europe (Typically
spoilers etc) - Plus £29.95.
Medium/Large Sized items upto 20Kg outside of Europe (Typically
bodykits, exhausts, turbochargers etc) - Plus £49.95.
Heavy sized items upto 31,5Kg outside of Europe (Typically wheels
etc) - Plus £69.95 but please confirm by contacting our sales
department.
Heavy Items over 31,5Kg please contact us.
Is your Free
delivery insured and tracked?
Our standard free
delivery is not insured for small or lower value items but high
value items such as alloy wheels are insured and tracked as well.
Smaller items can be insured upon request please
contact us for a confirmed
insured postage price.
What is your return
policy?
You can
return an item to us if the item was not what you wanted or it is
faulty, damaged or the wrong item so long as the item is unused and
in original condition. But SmartBil must be notified immediately of
any Customer returns and the return be made within 7 days of you
receiving the order.
International returns must be marked as Customer Return. Failure to
do so may result in import duties chargeable to the customer.
